Shipping Policy

Standard Operating Period:

Our warehouse’s standard operating days are Monday to Friday. Deliveries by FedEx are Monday to Saturday 9am-7pm, and Monday to Friday 9am-7pm for DHL international.

During regular periods, orders will be shipped within 1 week.

During peak periods and holidays, we ask that you allow up to an additional 1-2 weeks for fulfillment.

Shipping Carrier Information:

Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx.

International orders are shipped via DHL.

PO Box Addresses:

Please note that due to restrictions on fedex express shipments we are unable to ship to PO box addresses. If you are experiencing issues checking out with a PO box, please contact our customer service team “here”.
